Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the AP team and end-to-end AP processes on onsite night shifts. You will train staff, manage workload, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, leadership experience, and proficiency with monthly close cycles and ERP systems. This is a night-shift, onsite position at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-regional and multi-currency organization.
• Proven experience leading, supervising, or coordinating an AP processing team.
• Strong experience with monthly accounting close timetables and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload allocation, train team, and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end AP activities: three-way invoice matching, exception resolution, and timely payments.
• Serve as escalation point for complex invoice, payment, and vendor processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to standardize AP workflows and strengthen controls.
