Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and intermediate data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoice matching with purchase orders and receipts.
• Verify and code AP invoices and expenses to the correct cost centers.
• Prepare electronics payments and ensure cheques comply with policy.
• Register new vendors in ERP and manage vendor data.
• Handle incoming e-invoices and distribute to AP staff.
• Correspond with vendors and resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile unallocated payments and balance sheet schedules monthly.
• Support audit schedules and ensure SOX/compliance.
