enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines, is looking for an Accounting Officer to join our Finance team and ensure accurate, timely financial record-keeping.

You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, handle supplier inquiries, and support payments, with a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) from Mon to Fri.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounts payable/receivable, experience with Australian accounting, and a keen eye for detail; laptop provided and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years in accounts payable/receivable or finance administration.
• Experience with Australian accounting.
• Experience in construction industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices via Plexa and verify details.
• Assign Plexa workflows for approvals.
• Respond to supplier, subcontractor, and internal inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier credit account applications.
• Assist with payment runs and ensure terms are met.
• Verify new supplier bank details.
• Provide general administrative support.
