Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to handle invoices, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and related accounting tasks for the Outsourced PH.

You will process invoices from Philippine and local suppliers, verify details, and ensure payments align with approved schedules. This role supports day-to-day Finance Shared Services and requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or related Finance role.
• Hands-on experience processing supplier invoices and payments, preferably for Philippine/local suppliers.
• Experience using online banking platforms and/or payment platforms.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations.
• Basic experience posting journal entries; payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from Philippine and local suppliers accurately and within payment terms.
• Verify supplier and banking details and ensure proper approvals before payments.
• Perform invoice matching, reconciliations, and maintain AP records.
• Prepare and post supplier payments and payroll-related journal entries.
• Support month-end closing, AP aging, and related reports.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all AP transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, and other departments.
