enablesGROUP in Pasig is seeking a Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance operations for an Australian business. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, inventory, month-end accounting, and BAS/GST support.

The role requires accuracy, ownership, and the ability to work independently with strong financial controls. Dynamics 365 Business Central and Hubdoc experience are preferred, with a hybrid work setup in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end accounting.
• Proficient in Excel, including SUMIFS.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Knowledge of Australian GST and BAS.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle accounts payable processing, GST/BAS coding, and three-way matching.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoices, credit notes, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and process hub/documents.
• Oversee inventory costing and monthly reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and general ledger activities.
