Job summary

2GO Group Inc. in Pasay, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage manpower data and cost records from sourcing to offboarding, ensuring accuracy for seamless vendor invoicing and timely payment release.

You will collaborate with IO manpower providers, operations and procurement, maintain rate cards, ensure timekeeping accuracy, and support audits while upholding data privacy and process controls in a hybrid work setup 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting-related field.
• Hands-on experience in manpower or payroll systems.
• 3–5 years in manpower data management and finance.
• Thorough understanding of the end-to-end manpower cycle.
• Strong data entry and numerical skills.
• Proven collaboration in diverse teams.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigating controls.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup 3–4x per week in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IO manpower providers, operations, and procurement for accurate setup and amendments of manpower requirements.
• Maintains accurate and timely updates of rate cards in the manpower system.
• Ensures timely compliance and accuracy in updating timekeeping records until validation and approval of manpower billing summary.
• Keeps abreast with employment regulations and best practices.
• Conducts audits and investigations within area of scope.
• Ensures compliance to Data Privacy Laws and internal policies to mitigate process risks.
• Partners with Continuous Improvement Team to identify and lead CI initiatives within area of scope.
• Leads in reporting requirements and insights in the areas of operations.
• Provides support during audits and secures documentation requirements.
• Supports evergreen process documentation within area of scope.
• Supports ad hoc projects/ activities as needed.
