Job summary

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and related documents in the ERP.
• Prepare payment vouchers, check requests, payment schedules, and monitor approvals and releases.
• Maintain vendor master data and assist in reconciliations and account analysis.
• Support audit/compliance by maintaining AP documentation and schedules.
• Assist in AP process improvements and routine AP reporting.
