Job summary

Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Philippines) Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support our Global P2P operations in Manila. The role focuses on timely invoice processing, payment execution, and accurate vendor data maintenance within a multinational environment.

You will handle end-to-end AP tasks, assist monthly closings, and contribute to process improvements. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of AP experience are preferred, along with Oracle and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business.
• 1–2 years’ accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office, Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and pays vendor invoices on time.
• Processes employee expense reimbursements.
• Performs end-to-end accounts payable processing.
• Supports monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Maintains organized documentation for audits.
• Looks for process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Communicates changes clearly to end users.
