Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Account Payable Associate to manage high-volume AP processes, coding invoices, PO matching, approvals, and ERP data entry. You will ensure timely payments, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end close with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accountancy, 1–3 years in AP/audit, and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong English communication and detail‑oriented work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of audit and high-volume accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
• General GL knowledge.
• Good English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to processing.
• Code invoices, match against purchase orders, obtain approvals and enter in ERP.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with AP Specialist for timely payments.
• Audit employee expense reports based on criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts.
• Prepare month-end and year-end schedules as required.
• Update individual and team metrics regularly.
• Handle recharge invoicing accurately and timely.
