Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Account Payable Associate to manage the daily processing of supplier invoices in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include validation, PO matching, and timely recording in the ERP, with close collaboration with the AP team to ensure accurate payments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, 1–3 years of AP/audit experience, and familiarity with ERP systems. CPA preferred, strong data entry and English communications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years audit or high-volume accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience in a Shared Service or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, coding and matching to purchase orders, and recording in the ERP in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with AP team members for accurate payment processing.
• Audit employee expense reports based on established criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts and GL transactions.
• Prepare month-end/year-end schedules and maintain team metrics.
• Handle recharge invoicing accurately and timely.
• Assist in other related functions as assigned.
