Arcadis in Manila is seeking an Account Payable Associate to manage daily processing of supplier invoices in a high-volume setting. You will code invoices, match purchase orders, obtain approvals, and enter into the ERP system.

You will work closely with the AP team to ensure timely payments, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare month-end schedules while maintaining accuracy and strong controls. Fluency in English and attention to detail are essential, with CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years high-volume accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.
• Exposure in a Shared Service or multinational environment is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to processing, coding, PO matching, approval, and entry into the ERP.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with AP Specialist for timely and accurate payments.
• Audit employee expense reports based on established criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts and the general ledger.
