Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Intercompany Accounting Specialist to review intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. The role handles complex tasks and supports audits while coordinating with stakeholders across GEC locations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, CPA, and 3–5 years in financial/general accounting within a shared services or multinational setting; ERP experience is a plus and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in financial/general accounting or audit.
• Exposure in Shared service or multinational environment is advantageous.
• Experience in ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review intercompany invoices, ensuring policy and SLA compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and address inquiries.
• Prepare and review invoice and month-end reports for GEC locations.
• Reconcile invoices within the mailbox system.
• Validate intercompany statements against ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
• Prepare and review month-end reports including intercompany accruals.
• Handle complex queries on intercompany invoices and reports.
• Monitor and administer the mailbox system and regional folders.
• Assist in quarterly intercompany reconciliation and matching in Onestream.
• Prepare and review revenue forecasts and discuss with controllers.
• Prepare reports to track collection status and AR aging dashboards.
