Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and strong command of English.
• Experience in high-volume accounts payable and audit work.
• Experience in Shared Services or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to processing.
• Code invoices, match against purchase orders, obtain approvals.
• Enter invoices into the ERP and coordinate payments.
• Audit employee expense reports and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare month-end/year-end schedules and update metrics.
