Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required
• CPA preferred
• 1–3 years audit/high-volume accounts payable experience
• ERP systems experience preferred
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Good English verbal and written communication
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
• General GL account knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to processing in ERP
• Code invoices, match purchase orders, obtain approvals
• Enter invoices accurately and timely
• Coordinate with AP Specialist for payments
• Audit employee expense reports per criteria
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledgers
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions
• Respond to queries and audit requests timely
• Prepare month-end/year-end schedules as required
• Update team metrics and file supporting documents
