Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks an Account Payable Analyst to handle high-volume invoice processing, matching, and ERP-based recording. The role collaborates with AP teammates to ensure accurate payments and timely reconciliations.

The candidate will contribute to month-end tasks, reporting, and maintaining detailed records, while working in a dynamic, global environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required; CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of audit and high-volume accounts payable experience preferred.
• Exposure in a Shared Service or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• General GL account knowledge.
• Good English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to processing, including coding and PO matching.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with AP Specialist for timely and accurate payment of payables.
• Audit employee expense reports based on criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts and sub-ledger vs general ledger.
• Respond to queries and audit requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare month-end and year-end schedules as required.
• Maintain and update team metrics and filing of supporting documents.
• Handle recharge invoicing accurately and timely.
