Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team in the Philippines. You will code and enter vendor invoices, reconcile statements, process payments, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable on refunds and deposits.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables and formulas), excellent attention to detail, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word; Proficiency with Excel should include Pivot tables, Formulas, etc.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Great attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive
• Strong oral and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish deposit accounts
• Review vendor statements of account and investigate outstanding items
• Respond to vendor inquiries and escape issues, as needed

• Complete subledger reconciliations to the general ledger
• Establish and maintain effective cooperate working relationships with colleagues
• Other duties necessary to support the Finance team, as assigned

This role is ideal for a motivated and organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling high volumes of transactions and repetitive tasks..

Timing: 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Philippines Time) with 1 hour break

What You'll Do
