MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Administration Officer in the Philippines. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations while maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience using MYOB, Ostendo, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Proficient Excel skills including formulas and data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional approach.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily AP and AR transactions and customer billings.
• Review purchase orders and supporting docs for policy compliance.
• Allocate incoming payments and record receipts in ERP with high accuracy.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to minimize aged receivables.
• Prepare monthly supplier and customer account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and PMO to resolve queries.
• Assist with QMS and OHSMS compliance.
