MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations onsite in Pasay City on a day shift. The role supports finance and administrative tasks while contributing to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• AP accountants with at least 7+ years of invoicing experience on MS Dynamics or SAP.
• Experience in administration or accounts payable.
• Understanding of spreadsheets and reconciliation procedures.
• Flexibility in hours to meet operational targets.
• A current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Extract, print and process supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare EFTs and manage payment of suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return thereof.
• Reconcile supplier statements, follow up outstanding invoices.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve invoice discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Produce monthly AP reconciliation reports.
• Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
• Process credit notes and customer claims.
• Support Finance with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Filling, photocopying and other clerical or administrative duties.
• File paid invoices.
