Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems, fast computer skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices daily for approval and manage accounts payable.
• Communicate bill/PO variances with other departments.
• Enter employee expenses and perform supplier reconciliations.
• Enter credit card transactions in Netsuite and reconcile statements.
• Follow up with card owners for missing receipts.
