Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the Finance team with accurate entry of accounts payable bills and credit card transactions. The role involves high-volume, fast-paced processing and requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

The position is on-site at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Ideal for candidates with 3+ years in data entry or finance administration who can work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing transactions.
• Fast and confident computer skills, including Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced transactional work.
• Clear communication skills and confidence in following up internally.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and vendor costs into the system daily.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Enter credit card transactions and receipts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and assist with variances.
• Follow up with card owners for missing receipts and approvals.
