Job summary

onsemi is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Alabang, Muntinlupa, to ensure timely processing of invoices, accurate recording of payments, and clean vendor accounts. You will collaborate with the finance team to support SOX/compliance and month-end close.

The role requires 0–2 years in AP, a degree in accounting, and comfort with Oracle and MS Office. Shuttle bus is provided. This is an on-site position with opportunities to grow in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accountancy or related accounting course.
• 0–2 years in Accounts Payable
• Oracle knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities

• Manually match 3-way invoices to receipts and ensure holds are dispositioned correctly and timely.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve queries with suppliers.
• Assist monthly AP closing activities (accruals, cut-off checks, aging review).
• Support audit requirements and SOX-related schedules.
• Identify recurring AP issues and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with AP clean-up projects and other AP tasks.
• Support entities handled by AP shared service.
