Job summary

optiBPO in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an evening shift. The role focuses on matching and filing purchase orders, validating expenses, resolving invoice issues, and meeting month-end deadlines. Training is available for candidates with no prior experience.

You will work within a team to validate invoices, ensure correct GL coding, and maintain accurate vendor and branch details while providing responsive support to branches and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable.
• High phone volume, answering and calling out.
• Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Entry-level clerk position.
• Validate expense invoices; correct vendor, branch, and invoice information.
• Validate for duplicate invoices.
• Answer inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain correct billing and location on invoices.
• Validate GL coding for final review.
• Answer phone lines, call branches and vendors for quires/resolutions.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with branches, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.
