Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring for an entry-level Accounts Payable role in the Philippines. The position handles expense invoice validation, vendor and location data, and duplicate checks, while answering inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

You will maintain GL coding and support branches and vendors in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase order matching, or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on supporting branches and vendors.
• Results-driven, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Willingness to work a fixed overnight schedule and render overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Validate expense invoices, correcting vendor, branch, and invoice data.
• Check invoices for duplicates.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain correct billing and location on invoices.
• Validate GL coding for final review.
• Manage phone lines; contact branches and vendors for queries.
• Build and maintain positive relations with branches, vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work full time or overtime when necessary.
