Qualifications

• Accounting degree required with strong numerical skills.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar systems preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and supplier invoices.
• Process payment runs and reconcile credit cards.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices for projects and services.
• Maintain invoice tracker and finance system data.
• Record and track billable project expenses for client invoicing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on WIP and billing timetables.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up overdue invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month-end close.
• Support process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
