The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, process high volumes and ensure compliance with accounting standards while communicating effectively with stakeholders in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes.
• Experience reconciling bank, supplier and customer accounts.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Perform reconciliations for bank, supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist with monthly and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Support Australian GST, BAS and other reports.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Australia and Philippines teams to improve processes.
