Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and match supplier invoices to PO and receipt data in the accounting system.
• Perform exception invoice processing and maintain documentation per process.
• Analyze invoice matching errors and develop corrective action plans.
• Interact with suppliers courteously and resolve payment issues.
• Perform reconciliations, manual transactions and wire payments as needed.
