Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support on accounts payable issues management and lead reconciliations.
• Oversee major clean-up activities like AP Open Credit Memo and AP Aging.
• Support integration of new processes and technologies in AP.
• Conduct testing and auditing of invoice processing and inquiries.
• Lead or participate in projects related to AP and process improvements.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and SOPs for AP activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Generate and analyze AP performance reports for management.
• Mentor and develop junior AP staff.
