Job summary

Dover Business Services is seeking a Specialist in Accounts Payable to provide advanced AP support, reconcile supplier accounts, and lead cleanup projects. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely payments in a hybrid Cebu City office.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in AP, strong attention to detail, and solid ERP/MS Office skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in invoice matching, invoice issue resolution, or other Accounts Payable related field.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; proficient in ERP and MS Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced AP support and reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Lead major AP clean-up activities (e.g., Open Credit Memo, GRNI balance, AP aging).
• Support process transitions and adopt new AP technologies.
• Assist in audits and prepare documentation for internal/external reviews.
• Generate and analyze AP reports for management insights.
• Mentor junior AP staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
