• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Experience in basic bookkeeping and accounts payable.
• Experience with computerized accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and match with PO/receipts.
• Communicate with vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments; schedule payment runs.
• Reconcile accounts payable; resolve variances.
• Maintain and file AP records and documents.
• Generate AP reports for management.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and accruals.
