Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage supplier invoices, match them with PO and receipt data, and resolve payment issues in Oracle and Excel.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, uphold service levels, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in invoice matching, payment issue resolution or related Accounts Payable work.
• Proficient Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and match supplier invoices to PO and receipt data in the accounting system.
• Process exception invoices, including Non-PO invoices and emergency payments, with proper docs.
• Analyze invoice matching errors and implement corrective actions with Procurement and Receiving.
• Interact with suppliers professionally to manage relationships and seek guidance when needed.
• Maintain productivity and meet service levels in a complex environment using legacy systems.
• Perform manual transactions and wire payments as policy requires.
• Assist with internal transfer transactions and other projects or process improvements.
