Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in invoice matching, invoice issue resolution, or other Accounts Payable related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support on accounts payable issues management and oversee supplier account reconciliations.
• Lead resolution of complex AP issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive major AP clean-up activities such as AP Open Credit Memo, GRNI Balance, AP Aging reductions.
• Support process transitions and adoption of new technologies to streamline AP processes.
• Conduct testing and auditing of AP activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits related to AP processes.
• Lead or participate in special AP projects and training initiatives.
