Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in invoice matching and accounts payable issue resolution.
• Experience in supplier account reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support on accounts payable issues management.
• Oversee reconciliations of supplier accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Lead resolution of complex AP issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead major clean-up activities like AP Open Credit Memo, GRNI Balance, AP Aging.
• Support staffing level adequacy for capacity and demand planning.
• Support integration of new technologies to streamline AP processes.
• Conduct testing and auditing of invoice processing and inquiries.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and SOPs for AP activities.
• Generate and analyze AP metrics reports for management.
• Lead or participate in special AP projects and process improvements.
• Provide training and mentoring for junior AP staff.
