Job summary

StaffRight Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, verify invoices, reconcile payables, and maintain records in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes (invoice review, coding, processing, payment).
• Verify invoices against POs and supporting docs.
• Monitor outstanding payables and payment schedules; reconcile A/P accounts.
• Handle A/P inbox and vendor inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain A/P records in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare A/P reports and assist with month-end close.
