Zusammenfassung

Acxelsus is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable and Admin support professional to manage supplier bills, invoices, and payments in Xero while coordinating quotes, POs, and procurement with suppliers.

You will build and maintain a CRM database, support the director with follow-ups and business development, and assist with pricing and basic profitability reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and proactive task management.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2–3 years in accounts, admin, or operations support with hands-on AR/AP experience.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or in equipment hire, construction, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Xero and comfortable with spreadsheets; CRM or fleet management software experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication; able to work remotely and independently.

Aufgaben

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier bills, raise customer invoices, record payments, and follow up in Xero.
• Quotes, Invoices & Purchase Orders: Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, and POs for customers and suppliers.
• Supplier Management & Procurement: Source suppliers, request and compare quotes, and recommend cost-effective purchasing options.
• Fleet Management Software: Set up and maintain the fleet management system, keep equipment records up to date.
• CRM Database: Build and maintain a complete customer CRM database and activity.
• Customer Follow-Ups & Business Development: Follow up with customers, draft sales emails, and support the director with BD activities.
• Pricing & Commercial Reporting: Assist with pricing, track costs, and prepare basic reports on sales, costs, and profitability.
• General Administration: Handle day-to-day admin tasks and maintain organised records.
