Job summary

Acxelsus is seeking an organized Accounts Payable/Receivable and Operations Support professional to join our team in Metro Manila. You will work closely with the director to manage AR/AP in Xero, prepare quotes and purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining CRM and fleet records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years hands-on AR/AP experience, solid Excel/Sheets skills, and you can work independently while communicating professionally in English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in accounts, admin, or operations with AR/AP experience.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or in equipment hire, construction, or logistics is advantageous.
• Proficient in Xero and spreadsheets; CRM or fleet management experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier bills, raise invoices, record payments, and follow up in Xero.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders for customers and suppliers.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and advise on cost-effective purchases.
• Set up and maintain fleet management system with up-to-date records.
• Build and maintain a customer CRM database with accurate records.
• D­raft sales emails and support director with business development.
• Assist with pricing, cost tracking, and basic commercial reporting.
• Handle general administration and maintain organized records.
