Job summary

Xinyx Design Consultancy & Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting transactions, review vouchers, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

You will prepare AR/AP reports, assist in month-end closing, coordinate with auditors, and look for process improvements and automation. The ideal candidate has a BSA, 2–5 years' experience, and proficiency in Excel, Xero or NetSuite, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is required.
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Familiarity with AR/AP aging, collection monitoring, and cash management.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn new systems and automation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and review accounting transactions.
• Prepare AR and AP reports and aging schedules.
• Monitor collections, due dates, and cash requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and auditors.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Identify process improvements and automation possibilities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
• Support system enhancements with System Administrator.
