Job summary

Manatal in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Finance professional to join our team. You will work closely with the Finance Team to manage day-to-day AP and AR, handle reconciliations, and support the CFO and Finance Controller.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Jobpac or similar. You will contribute to continuous process improvements and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (Construction/Trade/Property industry preferred but not essential).
• Hands-on AP and AR processing with understanding of financial processes.
• Experience operating ERP systems (Jobpac or similar) is highly regarded.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Well organised with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Team to deliver on the calendar and priorities.
• Manage day-to-day AP/AR transactions, finance mailbox, and related tasks.
• Prepare reconciliations for banking, AP and AR; investigate variances.
• Support the broader Project Team with accounts queries and finance procedures.
• Build knowledge of the business and be an active part of the team.
• Provide varied support to the Finance Controller and CFO.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance Team led by our Financial Controller to deliver on the team calendar and priorities.
• Manage the day-to-day AP and AR transactions, Accounts mailbox and undertake other various finance tasks.
• Prepare reconciliations for banking, AP and AR, investigating and resolving variances.
• Support the broader Project Team with accounts queries, finance procedures and the use of our finance software.
• Build knowledge of our business and be an active part of the whole team.
• Provide varied support to the Finance Controller and CFO.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role - experience within the Construction/Trade/Property Industry preferred but not essential.
• Hands-on AP and AR processing experience along with a good understanding of financial processes and basic accounting.
• Experience operating industry-based accounting systems/ERPs - experience in Jobpac or similar system highly regarded.
• Intermediate computer skills, especially with Excel.
• Well organised and able to close out tasks efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients.
