ZJW TECHNOLOGY INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, inventory reconciliation, and financial control activities in accordance with Philippine laws.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge of BIR and SEC requirements, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and timely financial reporting.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, inventory reconciliation, and financial control activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Philippine accounting and taxation and be able to independently identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory, supplier accounts, expenses, and sales profitability.
Handle and supervise the company's daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general accounting.
Prepare and file BIR tax returns and ensure timely compliance with tax requirements, including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other applicable BIR filings.
Coordinate and prepare documents required for annual statutory and regulatory compliance, including SEC and BIR requirements.
Handle and monitor statutory contributions and reporting, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Organize and supervise regular physical inventory counts.
Reconcile physical inventory with accounting and system inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Reconcile supplier statements and company Accounts Payable records and resolve any discrepancies.
Review purchasing, inventory costs, sales revenue, platform fees, discounts, and other expenses to ensure accurate product profitability.
Perform bank and account reconciliations and ensure necessary adjustments are properly recorded.
Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance.
Experience with SEC annual compliance and government statutory requirements.
Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reporting and contributions.
Strong experience in inventory reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, AP/AR, and general accounting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate inventory, cost, and profitability discrepancies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
