Job summary

House of Branded Lifestyle seeks an Accounting Specialist (AR) to manage recording, monitoring, and analysis of sales, receivables, and collections for Company-Owned Stores. You will ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years in accounts receivable or finance, a BS in Accountancy or related field, and strong Excel skills. Onsite work at our Magallanes, Makati head office is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of AR, accounting, or finance experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at Magallanes, Makati.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in retail or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Supervisory or team oversight experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recording of sales, collections, and AR for Company-Owned Stores.

• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate issuance of SOAs and billing statements.
• Monitor receivables and follow up collections per credit terms.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in sales and collections.
• Prepare AR reports such as aging, collection monitoring, and VAT sales reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of cash receipts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial data.

The role ensures accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting while supervising AR processes and supporting overall financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise recording of sales, collections, and accounts receivable for Company-Owned Stores.

Validate and post sales transactions and collections in the system.

Ensure timely, complete, and accurate issuance of SOAs and billing statements.

Monitor receivables and follow up collections based on agreed credit terms.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in sales and collections.

Prepare AR reports such as aging, collection monitoring, and VAT sales reporting.

Ensure proper documentation and recording of cash receipts and supporting documents.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office in Magallanes, Makati.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related business course.

At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting, or finance.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
