MJM Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Accounting / Finance Supervisor to lead the Finance and Accounting Department, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide management with reliable financial information. The role emphasizes ownership of the finance function and strong controls.

You will supervise a team, manage cash flow, financial reporting, and month-/year-end closing, while developing staff and strengthening internal controls to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting/finance experience with supervisory/leadership exposure.
• Proven experience managing a company's Finance/Accounting function.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls.
• Experience with government and tax compliance is preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Leadership and people-management abilities; able to advise management.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and competent Accounting / Finance Supervisor who can provide strong leadership and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our Finance and Accounting Department. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in accounting with actual experience managing company finances, financial controls, cash flow, reporting, and a team of accounting personnel. You will take ownership of the Finance function, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide management with reliable financial information for business decisions.
