The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, proper monitoring of company funds, and compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations.
Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and disbursements.
Review and monitor financial transactions, invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.
Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and financial obligations.
Review payment requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals before processing.
Prepare and review financial reports, summaries, and management reports.
Monitor employee reimbursements, petty cash, revolving funds, and other company-related expenses.
Coordinate with banks, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders regarding financial transactions and concerns.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring departmental and company expenses.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting procedures, and applicable government requirements.
Assist in the preparation of documents for audits, tax filings, and other financial requirements.
Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential financial risks and report them to management.
Supervise and provide guidance to finance staff to ensure accurate and efficient work.
Maintain confidentiality and proper control of financial information and company records.
Recommend improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting or finance-related systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
