You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulations, and drive process improvements while mentoring staff and coordinating with auditors and banks. A CPA is an advantage but not required; 3–5 years of relevant supervisory accounting experience is preferred.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and supervise the accounting team while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting records, journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Identify process improvements to strengthen accounting controls and efficiency.
Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
CPA license is an advantage but not required.
