Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc invites an experienced Finance Supervisor to lead daily financial operations in Metro Manila. You will supervise the finance team, ensure accurate reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 3–5 years of finance experience with supervisory exposure, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The Finance Supervisor will supervise finance staff, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, monitor financial transactions, and support management in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance Team
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and records
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash management
• Review bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular cash position updates to management
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial results, variances, expenses, and business performance
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
