Emerging Business Solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Accountant/Finance Lead to supervise daily accounting and finance operations and guide the team in compliance and reporting. You will partner with management on financial planning and decision-making and support related HR/admin functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7-10 years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and accounting operations.
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, tax regs and internal controls.
• Experience with payroll, contractor payments, insurance, inventory and import transactions.
• Proficient in XERO, SAP, QuickBooks and Excel.

About you

• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Experience handling payroll, contractor payments, insurance, inventory, and import-related transactions
• Proficient in XERO, SAP, QuickBooks (QB), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
