About the role
The Finance & Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of financial records and reports, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making. The role oversees accounting processes, internal controls, cash management, and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance & Accounting team.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting records.
Oversee bank, cash, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, collections, payments, and other financial activities.
Review journal entries, supporting documents, and account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Analyze financial results and prepare variance reports for management review.
About you
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good understanding of tax and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
CPA qualification is an advantage.
