Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review production costs, material usage, labor costs, and overhead allocations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare schedules and documents required for internal and external audits.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
