We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to support our data and accounting operations functions. This role handles a wide range of responsibilities, including full-cycle accounting tasks, data encoding, invoice processing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining accuracy while working with multiple systems and deadlines.
Perform end-to-end accounting duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of basic financial reports.
Encode financial and operational data with speed and accuracy.
Record and process client invoices, supplier invoices, and other billing documents.
Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting.
Assist in verifying transaction completeness and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all financial and inventory records.
Coordinate with other departments to secure missing documents and ensure smooth operations.
Support other finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate will undergo a structured 25-day training program designed to build full competency across all areas of responsibility, including:
Data encoding and document processing
Invoice recording and billing management
Inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
End-to-end accounting workflows such as AP/AR, journal posting, and monthly closing basics
Performance during the training period will be evaluated to determine readiness for full responsibility.
Training timeframe may extend/change depending on business needs and/or the individual results of the trainees.
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience and a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
Proficient in spreadsheets and basic accounting software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or processes.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
