The role requires at least 2 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. On-site work in Cubao, Quezon City is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance; Payroll experience is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid grasp of basic accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process client purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for account requirements.
• Manage client invoicing: prepare, review, and process invoices on schedule.

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Telco Accounting Associate to provide comprehensive backroom and financial support for our Telco Services group. In this role, you will handle client purchase orders, billing processes, payroll administration, operational expense monitoring, and supplier audits to ensure accurate financial operations and seamless workflow execution.

What You'll Do:

• Process Client Purchase Orders: Handle and monitor client PO processing to ensure proper documentation and alignment with account requirements.

• Manage Client Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.

• Handle Payroll & Employee Records: Maintain update employee records and oversee end-to-end payroll processing.

• Monitor Operational Expenses: Track and process transportation and other day-to-day operational expenses efficiently.

• Audit Supplier Documents: Audit supplier support documents thoroughly to ensure compliance and accuracy for PO processing and bill payments.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Telco Services group, internal departments, and vendors to resolve financial or operational queries.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business fields.

• Experience: At least 2 years of solid work experience in an Accounting or Finance role; direct experience in a Payroll role is a strong advantage.

• Technical & Analytical Prowess: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, solid grasp of basic accounting concepts and financial principles and strong business acumen with high attention to detail.
