Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Telco Accounting Associate to provide comprehensive backroom and financial support for the Telco Services group. You will manage client purchase orders, invoicing, payroll records, and expense monitoring while auditing supplier documents to ensure accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. On-site work in Cubao, Quezon City is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance; Payroll experience is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid grasp of basic accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process client purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for account requirements.
• Manage client invoicing: prepare, review, and process invoices on schedule.
• Handle payroll and employee records, overseeing end-to-end payroll processing.
• Monitor and process day-to-day operational expenses, including transportation.
• Audit supplier documents to ensure compliance for PO processing and bill payments.
• Collaborate across Telco Services, internal departments, and vendors to resolve queries.
