Responsibilities

• Process and monitor FOB transactions, create commercial invoices, and oversee shipping documentation.
• Canvass freight charges and coordinate with forwarders for shipment execution.
• Assist with TELCO transactions and ensure NTC requirements are met.
• Provide timely support to the sales team on shipment updates and inquiries.
• Create and maintain vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle other tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by your head.

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, handling everything from shipping documents to vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods.

What You'll Do:

• Process & Monitor: Manage FOB transactions, create commercial invoices, and oversee day-to-day shipping documentation.
• Freight & Forwarding: Canvass freight charges and coordinate closely with forwarders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist with TELCO transactions and ensure all National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) requirements are properly met.
• Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to the sales team regarding shipment updates and inquiries.
• Vendor Management: Create and maintain contacts with vendors to guarantee the timely delivery of goods.
• Dynamic Support: Handle other related tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by your immediate head from time to time.

• Education: Graduate of a 4-year course related to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling importation processes.
• Core Competencies: Above-average analytical and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effortlessly.
